Credits are delivered instantly to your dashboard after a successful payment. No physical shipping involved.
Digital product only
LinkedDraft is an entirely digital platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. All purchases made on LinkedDraft are for digital credits used to generate AI-powered LinkedIn content.
Credit delivery
Credits are delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment verification. You will see your updated credit balance reflected in your dashboard immediately after a successful transaction.
Delivery confirmation
Once your payment is verified, you will receive an email confirmation at your registered email address. This email serves as your delivery receipt for the purchased credit package.
Delayed credit delivery
In rare cases, a technical delay may occur between payment and credit delivery. If your credits have not appeared within 15 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us at linkeddraft@gmail.com with your transaction ID.
No physical shipping
Since LinkedDraft does not deliver any physical products, there are no shipping charges, shipping timelines, or delivery addresses associated with any purchase on our platform.
Service availability
Access to LinkedDraft's features is delivered through our web platform. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
