Refund & Cancellation
Our policy on credit purchases, cancellations, and failed transactions.

All credit purchases are non-refundable once delivered. If you experienced a payment error, please contact us within 7 days.
Credit-based purchases
LinkedDraft operates on a credit-based system. When you purchase a credit package, those credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment verification. All credit purchases are considered final.
No refunds on credits
Due to the digital and consumable nature of AI generation credits, all purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is complete and credits have been added to your account. This applies to all plans — Free, Starter, and Power.
Exceptions
We will consider a refund only in cases where (a) credits were not delivered to your account due to a verified technical error on our side, or (b) you were charged multiple times for the same transaction. In such cases, please contact us at linkeddraft@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with your payment details.
Cancellation of account
You may stop using LinkedDraft at any time. There are no ongoing subscriptions — you only pay for the credit packages you choose to purchase. Unused credits in your account at the time of account closure are not refundable.
Failed transactions
If a payment fails but your account was charged, please reach out to us immediately at linkeddraft@gmail.com with your Razorpay transaction ID. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 5–7 business days.
Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend access to your account pending resolution. We encourage resolving any concerns directly with our support team first.
